The Egyptians used White doves as a symbol of peace and innocence and the ancient Chinese say the peaceful White Dove represents a long and fruitful life. Even the Greeks and the Romans used the symbolic features of the White Dove representing devotion and love for the Greeks and the Romans saw the Doves as the sacred animals of Aphrodite who was their goddess of love.
